The Faculty of Health and Wellbeing strives to develop confident, independent role models who demonstrate exemplary practical skills and embrace, and actively promote, the ingredients of a healthy lifestyle.
Studying GCSE PE
Split course meaning 60% theory and 40% practical.
Applied anatomy and physiology, Physical training
Socio-cultural influences, Sports psychology, Health, fitness and well-being
Three activities, one team, one individual, and one from either team or individual.

The course is an excellent pathway towards A-Level Physical Education but also lends itself to BTEC Sport and other leisure related qualifications.
This will also support entry into various sport related professions from physiotherapist to sports journalist.
