First GCSE Results at Ark Boulton 2016!
In our first year of GCSE results we are celebrating the excellent achievements of our Year 11 students.
Ayan Mohamed Aden, one of our star students, achieved 3 A*s, 4 As, and 1 B grade and hopes to go on to study Finance and Accounting at college. "Hard work really pays off and I'd like to thank the teachers at Ark Boulton and my form tutor who gave me the motivation and support I needed to get the results I have".
Murtaza Ali Nawaz has secured a place at Solihull Sixth Form and hopes to study Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A Level. "I want to study at A Level and pursue a career in medicine in the future". Murtaza achieved 1 A*, 5 As, 2 Bs, and 1 Distinction for his GCSEs!
Mohammed Islam would like to thank all his teachers, especially Mr Mohammed for helping him achieve his grade in History. He is now going on to study Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology at A Level at King Edwards Aston.
58% of students achieved grade A*-C in Maths and 66% in English; 52% of the cohort achieved a pass grade in both English and Mathematics with 48% achieving five A*-C GCSE grades that include English and Mathematics, an increase of 7% from last year’s results.
