My Child At School (MCAS) is a portal enabling you to view your child's academic performance in real-time via a web browser or the mobile app. This facility allows exclusive access to your child's Attendance, Timetable and Behaviour whenever you wish. The portal also provides general useful information about school such as the updates and Announcements.

I have not received my 'invitation code', how do I login?

Ark Boulton will be rolling out MCAS to one year group at a time. Parents will be informed when their child's year group is being on-boarded to MCAS. At this point you will be required to check your email. Please ensure you have provided your current email address to the school in order for the transition to be seamless.

My username is not working. How do I login?

Please ensure that you are using the login provided in the invitation email. It is not possible to use your email as a username. Click remember school ID and username on trusted devices to speed up the login process.

I have more than one child at Ark Boulton, will I have multiple logins?

No. Each parent receives one MCAS login with information relating to all their children at Ark Boulton. You will be able to switch between profiles when logged in.

Do I share my account with my co-parents?

No. Each parent/guardian listed in the child's contact information will be given details to setup their own account.

I am trying to send a message from within MCAS but it is not sending?
