Afterschool Enrichment

Overview

At Ark Boulton we believe in the value of enrichment activities for all pupils. Enrichment is essential for pupils to learn outside of the classroom. We want pupils to develop a passion for something that they enjoy doing, whether it is to learn a new skill or develop an existing one. We recognise that our pupils may have limited opportunities to develop hobbies and interests outside of school. To support this, we have a large variety of enrichment activities on offer throughout the school day.

We want to encourage all parents and carers to support their children to attend at least one enrichment activity during the week. This will help develop the well-rounded individuals that colleges, universities and employers are looking for, allowing pupils to develop key skills including the confidence to participate and interact with new people and the commitment to attending clubs regularly.

To attend an after-school club a consent form will need to be signed, these can be collected by pupils from their form tutor and once returned they can begin attending.
