We know how important it is to develop pupils’ experiences of the world, cultural capital, character, and sense of adventure. To this end, we provide a dynamic programme of trips and outings into the wider world, including visits to museums and art galleries in, charitable community projects, and opportunities to get out into nature on orienteering adventures.
These opportunities extended learning beyond the classroom and provide our students with extensive opportunities to explore the wide world. We act upon pupil voice to ensure that pupils have a say in the types of trips that take place.
The following trips are available to students:
- Termly pledge day trips
- Termly rewards trips
- Subject-specific trips
- Sports trips and fixtures
- Careers trips
All trips that take place go through rigorous planning and are approved by our Educational Visits Co-ordinator and Principal before taking place.
