Ordering and payments
All of our food is freshly prepared in school and is Halal.
A vegetarian option is always available and the kitchen is usually able to cater for special dietary/medical needs if given advance notice – please contact the school office so we can help you organise this if necessary.
All school meals are ordered online via iPayImpact. The academy uses a biometric system within the catering department. We believe this provides an easy method of paying for school meals. It means that the speed of flow through the school dinner queue is increased as there is no need to deal with money at the point of payment; it also reduces the likelihood for students to lose cash or misplace wallets and purses. A reference number will be allocated for your child in order for you to set up an account on iPayimpact.co.uk. You will then be able to link a debit or credit card to add funds to their account.
We know that if our students eat well they are better able to learn. We encourage our students to choose healthy food and drink options - sweets, crisps and fizzy drinks are not allowed in the academy.
Breakfast club
We run a breakfast club from 8.00am each day which is free of charge. Children can get involved in a range of activities and receive a nutritionally balanced breakfast.
